Fore Letters is a free daily word puzzle with a golf twist. Every day there's a new three-hole course. Read the clue, then work your way from the tee word to the hidden word one letter at a time. Fewer shots is better, just like golf: beat par for a birdie, and build your streak and handicap day after day.
Each hole has a clue for a hidden word. Starting from the tee word, change one letter at a time, always making a real word. Green letters are in the right spot, yellow letters are in the word, and the number beside each word is how many shots you are from the hidden word.
If you know the hidden word, you can type it from anywhere. It costs one shot per letter you change, plus three. It gets you out of trouble, but par and birdies come from playing one letter at a time.
Yes. A new three-hole course goes live at midnight. Hole 3 is the signature hole, and its hidden word is always a golf term.
